Ministry Focus: Drawing on creator Jeff Cavins’ The Great Adventure resources, the Word of Life Bible Study course offerings “ . . . explore the biblical narrative in light of Catholic teaching and the historical, cultural, and literary context of Scripture to discover what Scripture reveals about God’s plan and our place within it.” This is an application bible study. It is a study to make disciples of Jesus Christ through study of His Word. The course to date has studied Books from the Old as well as the New Testament.
Offerings: This past year (2023-2024) Word of Life studied the Book of Psalms (Fall: 10 sessions) and the Book of Revelation (Spring: 10 sessions). Ministry will be on hiatus this summer. Study will resume covering The Prophets (Fall: 10 sessions) and the Letter to the Romans (Spring: 8 sessions).
Meeting Time: Tuesday evenings, 6:00 to 7:30 pm

Preparation: Suggested preparation time each week ~ 75 minutes; key for learning and discussion.
