What is the Campaign?
This capital campaign seeks to raise $7 million over the next three years to build a new parking lot with 120 spaces, a second entrance/exit to College St., a St. Vincent de Paul building, and a new building that will provide three new classrooms and 3 new atrium rooms. When completed, these projects will address the parish and school’s most pressing needs. The silent phase of the campaign will take place from February – August and the public phase of the campaign will take place in the Fall of 2025.

Campaign ReceptionThe campaign receptions will last about an hour and will give parishioners an opportunity to ask questions about the parish projects. The attire is casual and light refreshments will be served.If you have any questions prior to the receptions, please email the campaign office at [email protected]

Campaign Volunteer Sign UpThank you filling out the volunteer form online. You may sign up for more than one task.
Mass volunteers - will be asked to help run the campaign table 10 minutes before and/or after the Mass they attend, plus assist the ushers on key campaign weekends.
Reception volunteers - will be asked to help set up, clean up, sign in table, greet parishioners, or help set up the food/beverages. Receptions are on weekdays during the day and evening.
Phone call volunteers - will be asked to make RSVP and thank you phone calls. You will NOT be soliciting donations. Phone calls can be made from the comfort of your home. Call lists will be sent via email.
Mailing volunteers - will be asked to help prepare and mail reception invitations, campaign brochures, and other mailings throughout the campaign. Will occur during office hours.Stuffing Bulletins - help to stuff a campaign insert into the bulletin each week. Usually on Thursday or Friday.

The parish hopes to begin construction on the parking lot and perimeter road in the Summer of 2025 with expectation to complete this by the Fall of 2025. The plan is to begin construction on the St. Vincent de Paul building and the new school building in hopes to open the school for the 2027-28 school year.

The total cost of all the projects is estimated to be $7 million, which includes 10% contingency costs. The parish plans to raise $7 million over the next three years with the capital campaign. The parish will most likely need to take a construction loan from the archdiocese to begin the projects.

No, we encourage parishioners to prayerfully consider an amount that best reflects the blessings they have received. We do encourage you to make a pledge rather than a one-time gift so that your contribution can be broken down into smaller, easier to manage payments.

A down payment provides more funding on the front end of the campaign and is helpful for the parish to begin our projects. However, this is entirely optional. No down payment is necessary to make your pledge.
